PAST PERFORMANCE


  • Senior Agent-in-Charge Major Crimes Task Force, joint operations with Department of State, U.S. Marshal, Secrete Service in Afghanistan partnering with Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security 40 and Ministry of Interior.

  • Trained over 100 Special Agents in protective services, developed over 30 Mission Special Agents-In-Charge, provided oversight for over 1,000 protective missions around the world.

  • Collaborated with the European Police Agency and the United Nations Police Team and developed a standard program of instructions for all Afghanistan MOI federal Investigators at their Police Academy in Kabul.

  • Developed the Afghan Women in Law Enforcement council with that participation of seven other International Embassies and the UN and EUPOL to monitor the treatment of Afghan Women.

  • Chairman for the U.S. Army’s Protective Service Curriculum Rewrite Committee.
